The area around Alfaz is said to be the best in Spain. In this area, there is a so-called "micro-climate" (as in Gran Canaries) created by the high mountains, the coast and Albir that is located directly on the coast. Alfaz municipality is about 19 square kilometers and is an area with an exquisite combination of sea, mountains and fertile soil. The coast is a beautiful and varied. A lovely place to take a good bath or just to lie down and rest in the water's edge.
